Vicki
Vicki has been a law enforcement officer for over 25 years and has also managed first responder peer support programs since 2013. She has been married to her LEO for over 24 years and together they raised three children. Vicki is passionate about assisting public safety agencies in creating comprehensive wellness programs and supporting first responders and their families. As the owner of Critical Incident Consulting, LLC, she provides education, employee care plans, and creative wellness programs to agencies nationally while recognizing the needs of both the employees and their families.
Tina
Tina has worked in the medical field for the past 19 years, sixteen of those as an RN and the last three as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She was married to a LEO for 22 years and raised two sons in this lifestyle. Through her journey as a LEO wife, she became intentional about finding her voice and realizing that family is most important. Through her personal and professional experiences, Tina has become passionate about helping others achieve and maintain overall physical and emotional health.
Salli
Salli is the wife of a retired police officer. During their near 30 year marriage, Salli and her husband raised their two children in the LEO lifestyle. Never being a first responder herself, she is a working mom who managed shift work, critical incidences and all the other challenges that come with the job. Salli earned a BS in Communication, has worked in the customer service industry for over 30 years and is a trainer in her current position. Her passion to teach and educate has been the motivation to share her experiences and bring the stories of others to help younger spouses navigate this lifestyle.
